Step 2 – Print both the forms in hardcopy and fill in all the mentioned details.
Step 3 – Please read all the terms and conditions carefully. And if you agree with all the mentioned details, your (student)
and parent signature has to be done.
Step 4 – Scan both filled forms and below student documents to your computer.
1. Photo ID Proof (Addhar Card, Passport, etc.)
2. College Fees Receipt
3. Last Year Result
